AI IDOCMON demo

See IDoc errors explained before you connect anything

Explore a running demo instance loaded with a safe, anonymised subset of SAP IDoc traffic, then request a read-only connection to your own system for a session against your real interfaces.

Demo instance

A real IDOCMON instance, running on a safe subset of IDoc traffic

This is not a mock-up: the dashboard below is served live from a running AI IDOCMON demo instance holding an anonymised subset of SAP IDoc traffic — masked partners, masked document numbers, no payload segments and no personal data. Select an IDoc to see how the engine explains the failure and which fix it proposes.

Application document not posted: material not extended to sales area

AI analysis · 94% confidence · claude-sonnet-4-5

Inbound sales order cannot post because the ordered material is not available in the receiving sales area.

Root cause

Material 100-482 exists in the material master but is not extended to sales organisation DE10 / distribution channel 10, so order creation fails with V1 249.

Proposed fix

Extend the material to DE10/10 (MM01 view: Sales Org 1/2), then reprocess the IDoc with BD87. 4 further IDocs from the same partner will clear with the same fix.

Proposed action

Correct master data, then reprocess

In a connected system this action waits for human approval and then runs under your own SAP user. In this demo instance approvals are disabled.

Anonymised subset of real-world IDoc traffic: partner names, document and material numbers are masked and no payload segments are stored. Served live from the AI IDOCMON demo instance.

Connect your SAP system

Tell us which system you want to see AI IDOCMON run against. We never ask for credentials in this form — we reply with a connection checklist and set up a read-only demo user with you.

How the demo works

From form to live session in three steps

  1. 01

    Send the form

Tell us the system type and how you want to connect. No credentials in the form.

  2. 02

    Connection checklist

You get a one-page checklist: RFC user, authorisations, network path, data-masking scope.

  3. 03

    Live session

We run AI IDOCMON against your IDoc traffic and walk through the findings together.

Safeguards

What connecting a system actually means

Read-only by default

The demo user only needs display authorisation for the IDoc monitor. Nothing is posted or reprocessed unless you explicitly enable it.

Your identity, your approval

Any fix later runs under your own SAP user and only after a human approves the proposed action.

Masked payloads

Personal and commercially sensitive fields are masked before an IDoc is analysed.

Time-boxed access

Demo access expires automatically after the agreed window — usually two weeks.

Prefer to talk it through first?

We are happy to walk through the solution, the security model and a realistic scope before anyone touches a system.
