How do you find the right SAP consultant?

The usual route is a CV search in a large database, which mostly produces profiles that do not fit. OXORY works differently: we use a curated network of more than ten partner companies and specialists we have already delivered with. We first clarify the requirement (module, seniority, language, duration, working model), then assess suitable people from that network and usually present referenced, shortlisted profiles within a few working days.

For standard profiles we usually present the first suitable candidates within three to five working days; niche skills can take longer. In most cases a start date within two to four weeks is realistic.

What is SAP AMS?

SAP AMS (Application Management Services) is service-level based ongoing support for productive SAP applications: incident and problem management, service requests, changes, custom code maintenance and monitoring. Our dedicated page explains the model in detail.

Which SLAs are defined in an AMS contract?

For every priority class (P1–P4) we define response time, resolution target, service window, escalation path and reporting. Round-the-clock coverage is possible for business-critical systems.

Can we take support for selected modules only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can take over a single support level (for example L2–L3), specific modules or only the integration layer, while everything else stays with your internal team.

Is AMS or an in-house team the better option?

If your ticket volume is steady and predictable, an internal team can make sense. If demand fluctuates, knowledge sits with one person, or project work keeps consuming the same people as operations, AMS usually gives lower total cost and better redundancy.

How does a nearshore SAP team work?

We build dedicated teams inside Europe with overlapping working hours. You get one point of contact, a shared ticket system and regular reporting, and the team integrates into your processes and tools.

All three. Most projects run predominantly remote, with on-site days planned for workshops, go-live and critical phases.

Yes. We provide SAP capacity across Europe and for international group structures. Contracting and invoicing run through OXORY AS.DS GmbH in Cologne, Germany.

How does a collaboration start?

With a short requirement call covering scope, start date, working model and budget. We then present profiles or a service proposal, and after your selection we start with a framework agreement and a work order.

All work follows EU data protection law (GDPR). Where required we sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement, and system access is granted on a least-privilege basis.

Because we work through a network, presenting a replacement profile is fast. Documentation and a structured handover are part of the contract so that knowledge is not lost.
